Enroll Now to Participate in the Afterschool Tutoring Program for 2023-24

All students are welcome to participate in our program. Enrollment applications will be approved on a first come, first serve basis, and students will be placed on a waitlist if our program is already at capacity.

If you’d like to enroll, you can download an enrollment packet by clicking the link below. You can either submit the enrollment packet via email to enrollment@donboscoky.org or mailing/dropping off a physical copy to:

If you have trouble downloading or printing an enrollment form, feel free to contact enrollment@donboscoky.org to request to be mailed a paper copy of the application. You can also enroll in-person anytime the program is in session, Monday through Thursday 3:30-5:30.
